The Procraft Windows Process

Your project -- from initial consultation to installation:

1. The sales consultant takes measures for pricing, scopes out your project to suggest products and options, then prices out your turnkey project (including prep work, products, materials, installation, and clean-up/haul away debris).

2. After your order has been placed our Critical Measure Technician, comes out to meet with you to do final measures, scope out the job, and double check all important details.

3. Our Operations Manager who runs our production office will then order the product as specified and coordinate the job all through to installation. Once the product has arrived at our warehouse, our production office will call you to schedule the installation.

4. On installation day, our installers show up at the scheduled time ready to go to work. They have all the product, materials, and tools they need to get the job done correctly and efficiently. As every job is different, they will take the time it takes to install your project above industry standards and use best practices. They don’t skip steps, but rather do extra steps to ensure a professional job.

5. Once completed, you will go over the finished job with the lead installer and receive a packet with your paperwork. In it, you will also find our Lifetime installation warranty as well as all product warranties, all filled out.

6. Our commitment doesn’t end there. Should you at any point need to create a warranty service call, we are just a phone call away and will handle it all for you.
