Your Project – From Initial Consultation to Installation.
Our sales consultant conducts an initial assessment to recommend products and options, then provides a comprehensive quote for your turnkey project. This includes preparation, materials, installation, and debris removal.
After your order is placed, our Critical Measure Technician visits to finalize measurements and verify all project details.
The Operations Manager oversees product ordering and coordinates the entire project through to installation. You will be contacted by our production office to schedule the installation once the product arrives at our warehouse.
Our installers arrive on time, equipped with everything needed for a precise and efficient window or door installation. They follow best practices to ensure your project exceeds industry standards.
Upon completion, you will review the work with the lead installer and receive a packet containing all relevant paperwork, including our Lifetime Installation Warranty and product warranties.
Our commitment to you continues even after door or window installation. For any warranty service calls, we are just a phone call away and will handle everything for you.
